As a Key Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to manage and expand sales through strategic partners. The emphasis is on offering customer-oriented solutions to project developers, consultants, installers and contractors. 


  • You manage projects and are responsible for potential customers and existing partners
  • You know how to translate customer needs into solution-oriented adjustments of existing products at existing customers
  • You proactively advise (potential) customers, give technical advice and support with system design
  • You contribute to the expansion of the customer portfolio such as utilities, installers, project developers, etc.
  • You actively participate in the long-term strategy of the company
  • You analyse the market and closely follow the developments of heat pump/air conditioning products
  • You anticipate and follow up construction and renovation projects with architects and project developers

    Job requirements:


    • You have a Bachelor degree or operate on Bachelor level and have the necessary knowledge in the field of processes, technologies and heat pump or air conditioning products
    • You have at least 3 years of work experience at a heat pump or air conditioning supplier
    • You have excellent communication skills
    • You speak and write fluently in French; Dutch and English are a plus.
